How Induction Heating Power Supply Works
1V1 Medium-Frequency Power Supply in Series (One-to-One)
The 1V1 model adopts a series resonant inverter circuit. A reactor charges the capacitor to provide a stable DC link voltage for the inverter. The capacitor also helps block higher-order harmonics from feeding back into the grid, enabling a power factor above 95% and reducing harmonic pollution.
1V2 Medium-Frequency Power Supply in Series (One-to-Two)
The 1V2 model uses the same series resonant inverter technology, but one power supply can drive two furnaces simultaneously. Output power can be flexibly distributed between furnaces—for example, one furnace can run at high power for rapid melting while the other operates at lower power for temperature holding—supporting continuous production and improved overall efficiency.
Medium-Frequency Power Supply in Parallel
The parallel model features advanced IC-based control with zero-voltage soft start and dual closed-loop regulation. It provides stable output and high reliability, delivering efficiency ≥95% and cosφ ≥.92 under all load conditions.
