Industrial Induction Heater

Medium-frequency induction heaters are are widely used in forging heating, including the heating, temperature compensation, local heating of bars, round steel, square steel and steel plates, as well as the overall tempering and annealing of metal materials. They are also used for heating before precision forging, extrusion, hot rolling, spray heating, hot assembly and tempering of wheel types, sleeves, rings, discs, machine tool lead screws, half shafts, connecting rods, bearings, etc. The heat treatment is mainly provided for the surface heat treatment of various mechanical parts such as straight shafts, variable diameter shafts, camshafts, crankshafts, gear shafts, teeth, guide rails, planes, ball heads, and hardware tools (such as those for automobiles and motorcycles), as well as the overall tempering, annealing and tempering of metal materials.

Convert power frequency electricity into medium-frequency current, which is fed into the induction coil to generate an alternating magnetic field. This induces eddy currents within the metal workpiece passing through the coil, causing it to heat up internally. The heat is primarily concentrated on the surface due to the skin effect and then conducts inward, achieving "through-heating."
Industrial induction heater combines the power supply, capacitor compensation, cooling system, and material feeding and discharging mechanisms into a single cabinet. By precisely matching frequency with billet diameter and utilizing multi-stage coil temperature control, the billet is efficiently and uniformly heated to forging temperature without melting.
