Magnetic Yoke

The magnetic yoke functions to constrain the outward diffusion of the induction coil's leakage flux, thereby improving the efficiency of induction heating. Additionally, it serves as a magnetic shield to reduce heating in metal components such as the furnace frame and also reinforces the induction coil. The medium-frequency furnace is equipped with an internal contoured magnetic yoke, which enhances magnetic shielding to minimize leakage flux, prevent furnace heating, and improve efficiency. Simultaneously, the magnetic yoke supports and secures the induction coil, ensuring the furnace achieves high strength and low noise.
